Announcing this at a media tour recently, he said some of the new projects include the Eagle Gate, a collaboration between SSNIT and Regimanuel and executed by RSS developers.
He said the project is a fully-serviced gated community at Community 13 with 30 detached houses and 12 semi-detached houses.
“We ensured that all the structures are well designed. We also ensure that due to the durability of the structures, we provide every necessity to ensure that when you move in you do not go through the stress of creating other facilities you may need,” he added.
Sylvia Seshie, Sales Representative at the Rainbow Gate, in an interview with the media, said the project was being executed on about 1,300 acres of land which is aimed at developing about 17,000 houses.
She said sometimes when clients inspect completed projects, they make specifications which the developers cannot provide.
“So this one is to give them the opportunity to design their own buildings, but it has to be with our specification.
“Currently, we are working on infrastructure. We are working on the drains after which we will connect each land to water and electricity. All will be done underground,” she noted.
She said the Rainbow Gate also offers potential investors the opportunity to own portions of the commercial area where they would operate supermarkets, clubhouse, restaurants, beauty clinics and others.
Solomon Adiamah, Sales and Estate Officer of the Adom Gate, said the project consist of two bedroom non-expandable semi-detached houses, expandable from two to three-bedroom with garage, as well as detached three bedroom houses with ample space for landscaping.
