2022 Round Up – RG Subsidiaries mark an eventful year with Directors’ visits

The Leadership of the various Regimanuel Gray subsidiaries, with their respective teams, hosted Directors of the Company to team sessions as part of the year-end round-up for each subsidiary.

The sessions are a core aspect of RG Group’s operations, to give all staff an opportunity for in-person interactions with Directors to reflect on the year’s activities.  The meetings have been both educational – with sessions delivered on performance and hints of what to expect the following year – as well as fun-filled with team-building activities and icebreakers.

Mr. Onumah retires at RCP

At RCP, led by its Managing Director (Mr Seth Ntiamoah Asare), the team used the occasion to also honour one of its longest-serving managers, Mr Charles Mensah-Onumah, who retired as Director of Administration.  Various managers took turns updating the entire team about their activities, achievements, set-back and expectations for 2023.

RCP announced pipeline road/construction projects, whose confirmation would significantly drive revenue up for more than 12 months consistently.

The Dejoyaux Assurance

Mr Yaw Arhin, Commercial Manager at Desjoyaux Pools Ghana, led his team to update Directors on new happenings and prospects for 2023. “We are working around the clock to secure more Pool Constructions in 2023. The plans are already in full swing to intensify marketing and business development, especially on road shows and sales blitz, and we look forward to being able to announce our first Pool Construction in due course,” he concluded.

Bessblock targets growth.

The team announced plans to consider the expansion of the Company’s product range as a repositioning strategy but essentially to explore wider areas in the industry in order to grow revenue considerably. Commercial Manager, Mr Frank Ofori was full of praise for The Directors in respect of the salary reviews  and the immense support in maintaining the Besser Plant. He promised to drive his team to improve the dip in revenue in 2022.

Not too late at RNT

At the Regimanuel New Territory Site Office, Katamanso, the late start to the program did not truncate the program lineup. Project Manager, Mr Daniel Kofi Adjei, detailed highlights of the AKZ, RGP and OEK Projects

During the visits, a common remark by the Directors across all the subsidiaries was the prospects of a good financial performance in 2023. Group Managing Director, Mr Ibrahim Ba, admonished the respective Heads of business to critically enforce all the strategies they have put together in line with improving their 2022 performance. “We will be back here to check regularly in 2023” he added.
