Mr. Emmanuel Botchwey, Executive Chairman (RGL Group) served as Executive Director of the company from its inception in1991 to 1997 when he assumed the position of Executive Chairman. The chief strategist and prime mover of the group, Mr Botchwey has provided the vision and leadership which has taken Regimanuel Gray from its humble beginnings to its current international status.

Mr. Ibrahim Bah, Managing Director<br /> He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University UK, and is also qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA UK) . He was the former Director of Finance and Administration of the Sierra Leone National Social Security and Insurance Trust(2002-2010). A Member of the Board of Regimanuel Gray (SL) ltd and held various executive positions with organisations including the Ministry of Finance, Sierra Leone. The National Authorising Office, World bank Washington; and Sierra Leone National Development Bank ltd.

Mrs. Regina Botchwey, Vice Chairman (RGL Group) served as Director of Administration of the company from its inception in 1991 until 2013 when she became the Group Vice-Chair. Highly versatile and dynamic with a sound track record of experience and achievement in business administration. She is also Managing Director of Landing Restaurant at Airport Accra. She has been an Assistant Lecturer , Principal, first Dean of Programmes Administration of DOF Institute of Catering in Lagos Nigeria. She is currently Vice President of Ghana Real Estate Developers association of Ghana (GREDA)

Isaac Owusu-Ansah<br /> He is a representative of Aureos Africa Fund, L.L.C. on the Board of Regimanuel Gray Limited. Isaac has been a member of The Abraaj Group since September 2004. He worked with Sterling Financial Services Group and Shell Ghana. He serves as a director for Aviance Ghana Limited and Ghana Home Loans Limited. Isaac holds an MBA degree from Hull University Business School, Hull, UK, and a BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession.
