Two Commercial/Shopping Centres have been planned for the East Airport Community. The Shopping Arcade will contain 5,000 square metres of space and is targeted at Retail Shops serving the East Accra Metropolis. The second centre is a mixed-use commercial centre having 3,100 square metres of space. It will contain Shops, Restaurants and Office Space in a garden-style environment. Both projects are scheduled to start in 2025.
