Regimanuel Gray Ltd. has developed two distinct product lines over the past 23 years. These are the low to middle, and the middle to upper market segments. The prices from low to middle income houses range from $90,000 to $200,000 This has been the strongest market segment and has accounted for 60% of the Company’s sales. A key factor in the success of this product is the expandability feature that allows customers to add on rooms at a later date as their resources allow.
For the middle to upper market segment prices range from $380,000 to 650. Currently, the average house at the East Airport in Accra is $450,000. The East Airport Estate was the first large scale gated-community in Ghana offering amenities such as security services, children playgrounds, a Club House with tennis court and swimming pool and maintained green areas. Also facilities such as offces, commercial centre and school are planned for the community.
The Company holds the dominant position in the market. A few developers are odering products in the middle and upper-end of the market but none can compete with the size, scope and overall appeal of a Regimanuel Gray Estate.
Our customers are mainly resident and non-resident Ghanaians. The non-resident market is particularly vibrant as it forms 60% of our customer base. The majority of customers arrange their own financing but the Company works with all established mortgage finance schemes.
