If you plan to resell, we’ll list your property, finding a buyer quicker than external agents.
Beyond public areas, RGEMC offers domestic works and maintenance services for homes, including plumbing, septic tank servicing, repairs, extensions cleaning and gardening services.
Our well-trained security force safeguards our estate with strict access control in the interest of community safety and property protection. We provide guards for individual homes upon request.
We believe our community deserves to live in a clean and healthy environment. This is made possible by our sanitation by-laws with an intentional approach to take care of all public spaces daily. Our sanitation care includes sweeping daily, disinfestation/fumigation, and regular collection of waste.
